CATRIONA POLLARD

Catriona Pollard is a contemporary fibre artist transforming foraged plant materials and recycled metals into sculptural works exploring humanity’s connection with nature.

​Using traditional weaving techniques, her intricate forms investigate transformation, interconnection, and the movement of energy. Shadows cast by her work evoke themes of light, dark, and harmony.
​

​She exhibits widely in solo, group and touring shows and has been a finalist and winner in major art prizes. Her woven sculptures are featured nationally in galleries, design spaces and private collections. ​A sought-after educator, she teaches basketry and creativity nationally and internationally.

​Catriona's studio is located at Gunshot Alley in Georges Heights, not far from the Headland Artists Precinct.
