MERRYL GREAVES
Merryl began painting in 1997 at John Ogburn studio in Glebe. She learnt much about painting and philosophy over the nine years from John Ogburn's teaching. There, with a community oriented group of students she exhibited in small group and studio exhibitions at the Harrington Street Gallery in Chippendale.
She, in recent years, has been painting abstract paintings under the guidance of Tony Tozer. Merryl has exhibited in the Ewart Art prize and Mosman2088 as well as the Mosman Art Prize. |
She shares a studio with 3 other painters at George's heights which she finds exhilarating and conducive to her painting, drawing from the energy of this beautiful place and fellow painters.
